“Our goal is to focus on those things most important for our clients to maximize the talents and energies of their people. Ensuring the learning is closely aligned to the strategic goals of the organization and that the participants not only acquire new insights but know how and when to apply them are critical tenets of our approach to designing and delivering programs,” said Chief Corporate Learning Officer Nicola Barrett, who oversees Executive Education. “Now, more than ever, we see business leaders challenged to build the knowledge and skills to navigate an unpredictable business landscape. The ability to truly listen and customize learning to their needs and specific organizational challenges sets non-degree development initiatives apart.”

Goizueta’s Executive Education custom programs are built specifically to meet an organization’s development needs. Leading corporations from UPS to Nielsen to Home Depot have partnered with Executive Education to deliver custom programs focused on building the mindsets, skillsets and toolsets today’s executives need to successfully lead their organizations. Customized learning journeys can cover everything from self-awareness, team building and building an enterprise view, to strategic thinking and execution, leading digital transformations, adopting innovation processes, market orientations and data driven analysis.

“We are proud to have worked with so many major leaders in industry to help them build stronger and more effective teams,” said Senior Director of Executive Education Business Development Tracey Trombino. “We look forward to continuing to deliver world-class development initiatives that will help companies build organizational capabilities that are needed to drive strategic execution and navigate the new business environment.”
