Emory University’s Goizueta Business School has once again been recognized among the nation’s top MBA programs, placing 17th nationally in Fortune’s latest ranking of Full-Time MBA programs.

The continued top-20 placement reflects Goizueta’s strength in career outcomes, academic quality and selectivity, and return on investment —key factors in Fortune’s ranking methodology.

Career Outcomes Reinforce National Standing

Fueled by the strong employment outcomes of the Full-Time MBA Class of 2025, Goizueta’s consistent national ranking underscores the impact of an integrated curriculum and a highly personalized approach to career development.

Graduates across Goizueta’s Full-Time MBA program secured competitive compensation packages and accepted roles across a wide range of industries, reflecting both the versatility of Goizueta graduates and sustained employer demand. For the Two-Year MBA Class of 2025, the median base salary reached $175,000, with median total compensation climbing to $205,000. Graduates also reported a 162% mean salary increase compared to their compensation at program entry.

Employment outcomes remained strong through graduation, with 91% of graduates accepting offers within six months. Nearly four out of five accepted offers were school-facilitated, highlighting the effectiveness of Goizueta’s Career Management Center and its close collaboration with employers.

Together, these outcomes reflect Goizueta’s emphasis on preparing students to integrate strategy, analytics, and leadership in real-world business contexts—equipping graduates to lead across functions and industries from day one.

Preparing Principled, Day-One-Ready Leaders

“We’re proud to see Goizueta once again recognized among the nation’s top MBA programs,” said Gareth James, John H. Harland Dean of Goizueta Business School. “Our students graduate prepared to lead with integrity, analytical rigor, and confidence. These outcomes reflect our commitment to developing principled leaders who are ready to make an immediate impact in business and society.”

Brian Mitchell, associate dean of Full-Time MBA programs, emphasized the role of Goizueta’s distinctive learning model in shaping graduate success. “Our graduates learn to think broadly, collaborate across functions, and apply data-driven insights to complex challenges,” Mitchell said. “Employers continue to value that ability to deliver impact from day one.”

Fortune’s ranking methodology prioritizes post-graduation outcomes—including median salary, employment placement, and graduation rates—reflecting return on investment for MBA graduates. Additional factors include academic quality and selectivity, program stability and scale, and total tuition. Goizueta’s continued performance across these measures underscores its position as a national leader in MBA education.
