Emory University’s Goizueta Business School has earned its highest-ever ranking in the Bloomberg Businessweek Best B-Schools ranking, with its Full-Time MBA program ranked No. 15 in the nation.

The recognition reflects the strength of the Goizueta MBA experience and the outcomes its graduates achieve, as evaluated by graduating students, recent alumni, and corporate recruiters.

As evidenced in the rankings, Goizueta graduates continue to see strong career outcomes. For the Class of 2025, median base salary was $175,000, while median total compensation reached $205,000. Graduates reported a 162% mean increase in salary compared with their salary at program entry, and 91% accepted job offers within six months of graduation.

“Our MBA program is built around a highly personalized experience that combines rigorous academics with opportunities to apply what students learn to real-world challenges,” said Brian Mitchell, associate dean of Goizueta’s Full-Time MBA Programs. “One of the things I love about the Goizueta MBA is that we really focus on the whole student. It’s not just about becoming a better businessperson. It’s about growing personally, figuring out where you want to go in your career, and learning how to lead with both confidence and empathy.”

This focus on preparing the whole student is reflected in Goizueta’s revised MBA curriculum which launched last year. A new integrated core capstone, anchored by Growth Week, brings together concepts from the first-semester core courses and challenges students to apply them to a real-world growth strategy.

The curriculum also introduces Technology Trends and Transformations, a new core course designed to give every MBA student a baseline level of fluency in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Together, these experiences help students move beyond learning concepts in isolation to think critically, connect ideas across disciplines, and adapt as quickly as the business environment around them changes.

“This recognition is a testament to the extraordinary work our faculty and staff do every day to create an exceptional experience for our students—and to the students and alumni who bring that experience to life and carry the Goizueta name into the world,” said Saby Mitra, John H. Harland Dean of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

The Bloomberg Businessweek ranking evaluates MBA programs across four core indexes: compensation, learning, networking, and entrepreneurship. The measures include post-MBA earning potential, student perspectives on classroom instruction and practical coursework, the strength of alumni and recruiter networks, and resources that support startup creation.
