Across both the Two-Year MBA and One-Year MBA programs, graduates secured competitive compensation packages, landed roles with leading global employers, and demonstrated the versatility to succeed in consulting, finance, healthcare, technology, and beyond. Two-Year MBA Class of 2025: Career Momentum Across Industries
Graduates of Goizueta’s Two-Year MBA program reported strong salary growth and broad representation across leading industries.
Key employment highlights include:
- Median base salary: $175,000
- Median total compensation: $205,000
- Mean salary increase: +162% compared to salary at program entry
- 91% accepted offers within six months of graduation
- 78% of accepted offers were school-facilitated
Consulting remained the leading industry destination, accounting for 41% of accepted offers, followed by financial services (21%), healthcare (13%), technology (9%), and consumer packaged goods and retail (6%). Graduates also accepted roles across energy, hospitality, human resources, manufacturing, real estate, and transportation and logistics services.
The vast majority of graduates (97%) accepted roles in the United States, with top employment destinations including New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, and Charlotte.

Half of the class pursued new employment, while the remaining 50% were non-seeking, reflecting a mix of post-MBA pathways:

- 8% pursuing careers outside of business, including medicine, law, or returning to active duty military service
