Goizueta Business School’s Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) Class of 2025 entered the workforce at full tilt, with 100 percent of domestic students accepting offers within six months of graduation. Over the past five years, 88 percent of all graduates have accepted offers within that same timeframe, reflecting the continued strength of a program designed to prepare students for data-driven roles across industries. Graduates reported a mean total compensation of over $90,000. 

“Having an MS in Business Analytics meant that I started immediately in a senior position, allowing me to skip years of junior-level work,” says Ian Poe 25MSBA, now a senior data science analyst at Capital One. 

Turning Analytics Skills into Career Momentum 

Members of the Class of 2025 accepted positions with a range of desirable employers, including Amazon, ByteDance, Capital One, The Coca-Cola Company, Discover Financial Services, EY, Intercontinental Exchange, and McKinsey & Company, among others. 

Their roles demonstrate the breadth of opportunity available to graduates of the MS in Business Analytics program. Members of the class stepped into roles such as business intelligence engineer, business analyst, senior data analyst, senior consultant, senior data science analyst, business analyst in product development, data analyst, and data specialist. 

For Sandrine Bakuramutsa 25MSBA, now a senior revenue operations analyst at Corpay, the program offered both technical depth and professional confidence. 

“I chose the MS in Business Analytics program to deepen my technical skills, build confidence with advanced analytical methods, and position myself for roles where I can have an even greater impact on business outcomes,” Bakuramutsa says.

Demand Across Industries 

Graduates in the Class of 2025 launched careers across a diverse set of industries, underscoring the versatility of analytics in today’s market. Financial services led employment outcomes at 22 percent, followed by consulting at 19 percent, and technology at 16 percent. The remaining students joined a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, consumer packaged goods, healthcare and others. 

Together, these outcomes point to the growing demand for analytics talent in sectors where organizations increasingly rely on data to inform strategy, operations, customer experience, and innovation.

Launching Careers Across Regions 

Graduates of Goizueta’s MS in Business Analytics program launched careers across the United States and internationally. Eighty-nine percent of graduates accepted roles in the United States, while 11 percent accepted roles in Asia. Across the U.S., graduates landed positions in major markets including Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Boston, DC, Atlanta, and Miami. Internationally, graduates secured roles in global business hubs such as Shanghai and Beijing, China, and Karachi, Pakistan. 

These outcomes reflect both the geographic reach of the program and the adaptability of graduates in a wide range of markets and business environments. 

Together, the results highlight the strength of a program that equips students to translate data into insight and insight into action. From financial services and consulting to technology and consumer brands, the Class of 2025 is putting analytics to work in roles that shape decisions and drive value.
