From university-wide distinctions to program-specific teaching awards, these recognitions highlight the many ways members of the Goizueta community advance the school’s mission and enrich the Emory experience.

University Awards

Emory Williams Distinguished Undergraduate Teaching Award

Assistant Professor in the Practice of Organization & Management Jake Jo has been named Goizueta Business School’s 2026 recipient of the Emory Williams Distinguished Undergraduate Teaching Award.

Presented annually during commencement, the award recognizes faculty members from each of Emory’s undergraduate schools who have demonstrated a sustained record of excellence in undergraduate teaching.

Provost’s Distinguished Teaching Award for Excellence in Graduate and Professional Education

Associate Professor in the Practice of Marketing Allison Kays has been selected as Goizueta Business School’s 2026 recipient of the Provost’s Distinguished Teaching Award for Excellence in Graduate and Professional Education.

Presented annually to one faculty member from each of Emory’s graduate and professional schools, the award recognizes outstanding scholars who excel as teachers and mentors within formal and informal educational settings.

Emory Award of Distinction

Libby Egnor has been recognized with Emory University’s 2026 Award of Distinction.

The Award of Distinction is the university’s highest honor for staff members. Presented annually, it recognizes employees who have made outstanding contributions to Emory through their dedication, leadership, innovation, and service.

Keough Staff Award for Excellence

Each year, Goizueta Business School recognizes staff members whose dedication, collaboration, and service make a lasting impact on the school community through the Keough Staff Award for Excellence.

Named in honor of Don Keough, the legendary president of The Coca-Cola Company and a longtime champion of Goizueta, the award recognizes staff members who consistently go above and beyond in support of the school’s mission. This year’s recipients were selected from an exceptionally strong pool of nominations that reflected the remarkable talent and commitment of Goizueta staff.
