Goizueta Business School’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Class of 2025 has launched with impressive momentum: 98 percent of graduates received job offers within three months of graduation, and 97 percent accepted those offers. The results highlight the continued strength of a Goizueta undergraduate business education and the demand for its graduates across highly competitive industries.
“We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2025 and all they have accomplished,” says Sarah Leist, assistant dean and executive director of the BBA Career Management Center. “These outcomes reflect not only our students’ talent and drive, but also the value of a Goizueta education rooted in experiential learning. Through internships, client-based projects, leadership opportunities, and close mentorship, our students graduate ready to contribute from day one.”
Turning Degrees into Career Momentum
Graduates in the Class of 2025 reported an average base salary of $87,749 with an average signing bonus of nearly $10,000.
Members of the Class of 2025 accepted positions with a range of highly desirable employers, including Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, BlackRock, Boston Consulting Group, Delta Air Lines, Goldman Sachs, Google, J.P. Morgan, McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, and Visa, among others.
For Chloe Chen 25BBA, now an associate at Boston Consulting Group, the transition from Goizueta to the workplace has reinforced the value of learning in collaborative environments.
“I love how teams encourage constant learning through collaboration and mentorship,” Chen says. “I feel like I learn something new each day from my managers, as well as from fellow associates.”
She credits her Goizueta experience for preparing her well for that transition.
“Goizueta is structured, through both in-class assignments and interactions with faculty and students, to reflect the types of professional working environments that many graduates find themselves in,” Chen says. “This exposure makes the transition from classroom to workplace much more seamless.”
Career Success Across Industries and Functions
Financial services remained the leading industry for 2025 graduates, accounting for 44 percent of employment outcomes. Consulting followed at 13 percent, while technology/science and accounting each represented 7 percent. Additional industries that attracted graduates included real estate/construction, healthcare, legal, media/entertainment, logistics, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, marketing/public relations and non-profit work.
By job function, finance led at 40 percent, followed by consulting at 18 percent and marketing/sales at 13 percent. Accounting represented 6 percent of roles, while operations/production, general management, and real estate/construction each accounted for 4 percent. The remaining students landed roles in analytics and information technology, entrepreneurship, and others.

Abigail Dubinski 25BBA relishes her new role as a management consulting analyst at Accenture, and is grateful to the Goizueta community that helped her get there.
“At Accenture, I work alongside talented, hardworking, curious, and collaborative colleagues who embrace reinvention,” Dubinski says. “Together, we continually rethink how work gets done and how to create value. Being part of this environment pushes me to keep learning while contributing to work that has a tangible and meaningful impact.”
“Goizueta felt like home because of its people. The faculty and staff invested deeply in my growth, challenging me to think critically and engage with complex ideas. The mentors I found at Goizueta will last a lifetime, and I still reach out to them for guidance and perspective today.”
Graduates Launch Careers Nationwide and Beyond

Goizueta’s 2025 BBA graduates launched careers across the country and internationally. The Northeast drew the largest share of graduates at 43 percent, followed by the South at 28 percent. Another 9 percent accepted roles in the West, while 7 percent went to the Midwest. The Southwest accounted for 5 percent of outcomes, and both the Mid-Atlantic and international placements represented 4 percent each.
Together, these outcomes reflect the breadth of opportunity available to Goizueta graduates and the strength of a program designed to prepare students to lead across industries, functions, and markets.
