Emory University’s Goizueta Business School was recognized among the nation’s top colleges for business majors in LinkedIn’s recent ranking. Goizueta ranked No. 9 nationally, reflecting the strong career outcomes achieved by its business graduates.
The inaugural list evaluates the career trajectories of alumni who majored in business, management, marketing and related fields, considering factors including how quickly graduates land jobs, advance into senior leadership and launch their own companies.
For Goizueta, the recognition underscores not only the academic strength of the program but also the career preparation that is embedded into the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). In particular, seminars and workshops create opportunities for students to identify their transferrable skills, explore traditional and less traditional business pathways, learn from professionals, develop networks and actively and intentionally plan for the next phases of their lives.
“The beauty of an undergraduate business education, especially within a world-class liberal-arts university, is the degree to which it opens possibilities for creating meaningful impact. The BBA curriculum provides frameworks that enable our students to be good stewards of the resources that are entrusted to them across whatever types of organizations they will serve,” says Andrea Hershatter, senior associate dean of undergraduate education and BBA program director at Goizueta. “First jobs, while crucial, are just the beginning. Our goal is to provide our students with foundational knowledge while simultaneously endowing them with the confidence and curiosity to seek out opportunities to grow and learn.”
Goizueta’s BBA program has consistently earned recognition among the nation’s leading undergraduate business programs. Most recently, the program ranked No. 10 nationally in the 2026 Poets&Quants ranking of undergraduate business programs.
The program’s career management offerings extend far beyond traditional recruiting activities. Students work with dedicated BBA career professionals, peer coaches, academic advisors and alumni throughout their time at Goizueta to ensure that they enhance their academic backgrounds with the skills and competencies that will enable them to grow and evolve throughout their professional careers.
