Named for and endowed by former Coca-Cola President and COO Donald Keough, the Donald R. Keough Award for Excellence is the school’s highest service award and recognizes extraordinary contributions by faculty and staff.

For Wesley Longhofer, business school isn’t just a place to learn how to land a posh job or run a growing business. Instead, this Emory professor views it as a “catalyst” designed to drive change and serve the greater society.

For two days, students, faculty, staff and community members had the opportunity to dive into the world of entrepreneurship. Goizueta, in conjunction with Emory Entrepreneurship Ecosystem (E-Cubed) hosted the fourth annual Emory Entrepreneurship Summit.

As always, a key highlight of the fourth annual Emory Entrepreneurship Summit was hearing from alumni who had stated their own ventures. This year’s entrepreneurial spotlights were all BBA graduate, returning to campus to share their stories and words of advice with eager students looking to potentially start their own entrepreneurial journeys.

Many of the skills one acquires through the ventures of entrepreneurship can be used throughout a lifetime. Jim Lanzone 98JD/MBA knows this firsthand.
